Go West on Alligator Alley to Interstate 75 North. Follow I-75 North to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From West Palm Beach
Go West on Route 441 to Route 27, then to Route 80. Take Interstate I-75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

Go West on Daniels Parkway to Summerlin Road. When you cross U.S. 41, Daniels Pkwy changes its name to Cypress Lake Drive. Turn left onto Summerlin Road toward Sanibel Island. When you come to the Sanibel Causeway, there is a $6 toll. Once you cross the causeway and come onto the island, take a right at the first stop sign onto Periwinkle Way. Follow Periwinkle Way approximately 3 miles to the 4-way stop sign. Turn left onto Tarpon Bay Road. Go about a mile to the next stop sign and turn left on to West Gulf Drive. Pointe Santo de Sanibel will be the second complex on the right. Your parking space, marked B-3, will be waiting for you.
