"We just got back yesterday and I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our vacation at your condo. We liked the fact that your screened in porch was in the shade the latter part of the day and blocked from direct wind with the hedges there. We let our daughter and her husband sleep in the king bed with their child (who is potty trained) and had a diaper on just in case. It was soooooo nice to not only have a large tv in the bedrooms and den but each also had a dvd. The little one liked watching his Shrek movie you had there. So nice. The pool was warm and not shocking when I stepped in. The grounds were constantly being maintained and lovely. We liked looking for the alligator and the turtles and the birds that flew in. We liked eating at Grandma Dots the best! Shopping was fun too. Bought some sundresses for my daughter and a dinosaur short set for my grandson. The moment he put it on, he just started ROARING. We found a pirate's hat in another shop just before we left and he was singing, "I am a pirate." I used your nice powerful vacuum cleaner one day to get up the sand everywhere. Made it nicer to walk around barefoot. We cooked and liked using the gas grills several days.

"The condo was clean, comfortable, well maintained, beautiful view from the lanai. The beach was gorgeous, the shelling incredible. The pool was nice. The complex was well maintained. Owner was helpful and answered all questions before we booked. Rent bikes for the week from Billy's, the entire island has paved bike paths. I highly recommend the Sanibel Thriller cruise, Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. We can't wait to return." -CJ

"Two friends and I rented this condo in October and enjoyed it very much. It is a great location on the island and handy to get to everything. The condo we stayed in is beautifully furnished with everything you would need. The sofas, chairs, and beds were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Not like a hotel where we would have been cramped. This is a great ground level condo with nice walk-out screened lanai. You step out the door and are on the beach in 2 minutes! The grounds are lovely and well tended, with very nice gas grills for guests to use. The October weather was beautiful and we became very familiar with the Sanibel Stoop---lots of shells were mailed home. The only thing I didn't like about this location was that I couldn't make my vacation here last a month instead of a week! For a wonderful, relaxing and carefree vacation, you can not go wrong in renting this unit." -DL
